Subject: CONGRESSIONAL PRESS ACCREDITATION FOR 2010, 111th
CONGRESS, SECOND SESSION

The Standing Committee of Correspondents requires all gallery members to renew their Congressional accreditation for the 111th Congress, 2nd Session. Current gallery members must submit a check for eight dollars ($8.00) fee per applicant. The check should be made payable to the Standing Committee of Correspondents. News organizations may submit a single check with an alphabetical list of current gallery members. Please indicate who is the bureau chief and who is the contact person for administrative matters. Current members renewing existing 111th Congress credentials do not need to fill out new applications. Foreign correspondents with current credentials do not need to resubmit an embassy letter. However, application forms must be filled out for anyone who is not currently credentialed.

DEADLINE ----- The 2010 applications and payment must be received by Friday, Feb 26, 2010, for a timely renewal. New Gallery Cards will be available April 1, 2010.

Please hand deliver the credential packet to: Beth Crowley, Senate Press Gallery, S-316, US Capitol, Washington, DC 20510. All credential packets must be hand delivered by a credentialed reporter to the address above. Mail delivery to the Capitol can take up to four weeks and courier service to the Capitol has been suspended.
