

1) If your organization publishes less than daily, please click here for the Inauguration Application Form. When you have successfully submitted your application form, you will receive a confirmation email back with additional instructions and a list of REQUIRED documentation that must be mailed to the Gallery. If you do not receive the confirmation email, your application was not successfully submitted. Please note that your application is not complete until all documentation has been received by the Gallery Director (This includes all mailed materials). Persons eligible must be bona fide correspondents of reputable standing, giving their chief attention to the gathering and reporting of news. 2) If you work for a daily print organization, apply to the Senate Daily Press Gallery. Photographers must apply to the Senate Photographers Gallery. If you work for a web page and have significant technical requirements for streaming video and audio, you must apply to the Senate Radio/TV Gallery.
3) The online Inauguration Application Form must be submitted by December 15, 2008.
4) All required supporting documentation must be postmarked by December 15, 2008 in order to reach our office. Due to security measures in the Capitol, please be advised that couriers or messenger services may be unable to reach our office.
5) This application is for swearing-in tickets only. Media accreditation to Inaugural Balls, the Parade, and other events will be handled by the Presidential Inaugural Committee.
