Application Instructions

 

Step One: Online Application

Please complete the 2013 Presidential Inaugural Ceremony Credentials Application.

If your organization is not currently a member of the Congressional Periodical Press Galleries, please complete the following steps:

Step Two: Copies of the Publication

Please submit two of the most recent issues of your publication (not two of the same issue). Copies of the publication can be saved as a PDF document and e-mailed to Periodicals@saa.senate.gov. Deadline is December 14, 2012.

Step Three: Letter of Introduction

Please submit a letter on company letterhead explaining who owns your publication, how your publication is financially supported and a general summary of your coverage needs. The letter may be e-mailed as a PDF document to Periodicals@saa.senate.gov.

If you cannot save the requested materials as PDF documents, they may be mailed (postmarked by December 14, 2012) or hand-delivered to our office by December 14, 2012:

Application Deadlines

All documentation must be received by December 14, 2012, and your application is not considered complete until all documentation has been received by the Office of the Senate Periodical Press Gallery.  Incomplete applications will not be considered for media credentials.
