There will be one hour of Morning Business.  The Senate will then proceed to the consideration of Executive Calendar #95 (Srikanth Srinivasan to be U.S. Circuit Judge for the District of Columbia) and vote on the Motion to Invoke Cloture on the nomination.  Upon conclusion of the vote, the Senate will resume consideration of S. 954 (Farm Bill) and proceed to a vote on the Sanders amend #965 (Permit states to require that any food, beverage, or other edible product offered for sale have a label on indicating that the food, beverage, or other edible product contains a genetically engineered ingredient) with a 60 yea vote threshold required for adoption.
