Mr. Tom Udall, from the State of New Mexico, called the Senate to order at 9:30 a.m., the Chaplain offered a prayer, and Mr. Udall led the Senate in reciting the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America.

H.Con.Res. 128 (Rep. Brown): A concurrent resolution authorizing the use of Emancipation Hall in the Capitol Visitor Center for an event to award the Congressional Gold Medal, collectively, to the Montford Point Marines .
