The Benefits of Commercial Space Launch for Foreign ICBM and Satellite Programs
The Subcommittee held a hearing to examine how a foreign country's satellite and ICBM programs could benefit from launching U.S. commercial satellites, and whether the administration's export control policy is adequate to prevent technology transfers that endanger America.
