International Postal Services Act of 1998
The Subcommittee held a hearing to examine S. 2082 which would bring the setting of international postal rates under the authority of the Postal Board of Governors and the Postal Rate Commission. Witnesses: Mr. William J. Henderson, Postmaster General, United States Postal Service; Mr. Einar V. Dyhrkopp, Vice Chairman of the Board, U.S. Postal Service Board of Governors; Mr. Christopher McCormick, Senior Vice President of Advertising and Direct Marketing, L.L.
