The National Archives and Records Administration - Responsible for the retention on Presidential Documents and training incoming staff on records management. The Office of Government Ethics - Responsible for examining existing and potential conflicts of interest for Executive Branch employees. The General Accounting Office - Preparing reports on the management of Executive Branch agencies for the benefit of the incoming administration.
