
The Senate will convene at 2:00pm and proceed to a period of morning business for one hour with Senators permitted to speak therein for up to ten minutes each. Following morning business, the Senate will resume consideration of the Legislative Branch Appropriations Act, 2010 (H.R. 2918). At approximately 5:30pm, the Senate will proceed to vote in relation to the McCain amendment to the Nelson (NE) substitute amendment #1365 to strike the earmark for the Durham Museum in Omaha, Nebraska (#1366). Following disposition of McCain amendment #1366,
the Senate is expected dispose of any remaining pending amendments, agree
to the Nelson (NE) substitute amendment #1365 as amended, if amended, by
unanimous consent, and then proceed to vote on final passage of H.R. 2918.
