The Senate will convene at 10:00am and will proceed to a period of morning business until 12:00pm. Following morning business, the Senate will proceed to executive session to consider Executive Calendar #537, Michael G. McGinn, of Minnesota, to be United States Marshal for the District of Minnesota; Executive Calendar #538, Ralph E. Martinez, of Florida, to be Member of the Foreign Claims Settlement Commission; and Executive Calendar #574, G. Steven Agee, of Virginia, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Fourth Circuit.
At 2:30pm, the Senate will proceed to a Roll Call Vote on the nomination Steven Agee to be U.S. Circuit Judge. Following that vote, the Senate is expected to turn to the consideration of the house message to accompany HR 2642, the War Supplemental bill.
