- This porcelain paperweight in the shape of a robin was accepted by a senator on behalf of the United States in 2006 as a gift from a government official of the United Kingdom. The robin is the national bird of the United Kingdom, and Royal Crown Derby began producing this collectible design in 1989. As with all foreign gifts, its acceptance and use are governed by the Foreign Gifts and Decorations Act (5 U.S.C. § 7342).
