Mr. Luther Strange, from the State of Alabama, called the Senate to order at 10 a.m., the Reverend Bruce Scott, Assistant Pastor at Pentecostals of South Lake, in Merrillville, Indiana offered a prayer, and Mr. Strange led the Senate in reciting the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America.
