Ms. Catherine Cortez Masto, from the State of Nevada, called the Senate to order at 10 a.m., the Revered Lisa Wink Schultz, of the Senate Chaplin's Office, in Washington, D.C. offered a prayer, and Ms. Cortez Masto led the Senate in reciting the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America.
