Senate Constitution Day Event, 2017

Senate historians Betty Koed, Katherine Scott, and Daniel Holt speak at Constitution Day 2017. Entitled "Out of Necessity: The Senate, the States, and the Great Compromise of 1787," the event explored the compromise that provided for equal state representation in the Senate.
