Mr. Tim Sheehy, from the State of Montana, called the Senate to order at 11 a.m., the Chaplain offered a prayer, and Mr. Sheehy led the Senate in reciting the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America.

S.Res. 591 (Sen. Schmitt): A resolution recognizing the 30th anniversary of the first flight of the F/A-18 E1 Super Hornet from Lambert Field in St. Louis, Missouri, and the 30 years of service of the F/A-18E/F Super Hornet to the United States Navy and to allies of the United States .
