Mr. Tim Sheehy, from the State of Montana, called the Senate to order at 11:30 a.m., the the Reverend Randy Phillips, Pastor of LifeFamily Austin, in Austin, Texas offered a prayer, and Mr. Sheehy led the Senate in reciting the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America.
