Mr. John E. Walsh, from the State of Montana, called the Senate to order at 9:30 a.m., the Trevor Barton, Pastor of Hawk Creek Baptist Church, of London, Kentucky offered a prayer, and Mr. Walsh led the Senate in reciting the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America.
