to order at 11 a.m., Reverend Adam Briddell, Associate Pastor of
Asbury United Methodist Church, Washington, D.C. offered a prayer, and Mr
. Levin led the Senate in reciting the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag
of the United States of America.
