The President pro tempore called the Senate to order at 10 a .m., the Chaplain offered a prayer, and Mr. Leahy led the Senate in reciting the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America.

S. 898 (Sen. Udall, of NM): To authorize the Administrator of General Services to convey a parcel of real property in Albuquerque, New Mexico, to the Amy Biehl High School Foundation.

S. 1934 (Sen. Barrasso): To direct the Administrator of General Services to convey the Clifford P. Hansen Federal Courthouse to Teton County, Wyoming .
