Mr. Dean Heller, from the State of Nevada, called the Senate to order at 9:30 a.m., the His Holiness Aram I, Catholicos of the Great House of Cilicia, Armenian Apostolic Church in America, New York, NY offered a prayer, and Mr. Heller led the Senate in reciting the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America.
