.m., the Reverend Dr. Andrew Chaney, Senior Pastor at First and Calvary
Presbyterian Church, in Springfield, Missouri offered a prayer, and the
President pro tempore led the Senate in reciting the Pledge of Allegiance
to the Flag of the United States of America.
