Mr. Dean Heller, from the State of Nevada, called the Senate to order at 9:30 a.m., the Rev. Pat Conroy, S.J., Chaplain of the United States House of Representatives offered a prayer, and Mr. Heller led the Senate in reciting the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America.
