Mr. Luther Strange, from the State of Alabama, called the Senate to order at 9:30 a.m., the Rev. Adrian Brooks, Senior Pastor, Memorial Baptist Church in Evansville, Indiana offered a prayer, and Mr. Strange led the Senate in reciting the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America.
