Mr. Luther Strange, from the State of Alabama, called the Senate to order at 10 a.m., the Rev. Father Steven E. Boes, Executive Director of Boys Town, in Boys Town, Nebraska offered a prayer, and Mr. Strange led the Senate in reciting the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America.
