Mr. Ben Sasse, from the State of Nebraska, called the Senate to order at 10 a.m., the Rabbi Seth H. Frisch, Senior Rabbi of Historic Congregation Kesher Israel, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, offered a prayer, and Mr. Sasse led the Senate in reciting the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America.
