Mrs. Cindy Hyde-Smith, from the State of Mississippi, called the Senate to order at10 a.m., the Chaplain offered a prayer, and Mrs. Hyde-Smith led the Senate in reciting the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America.
