Mr. Dan Sullivan, from the State of Alaska, called the Senate to order at 11 a.m., the Chaplain offered a prayer, and Mr. Sullivan led the Senate in reciting the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America.

S. 440 (Sen. Hoeven): To establish a procedure for the conveyance of certain Federal property around the Dickinson Reservoir in the State of North Dakota.
