Mr. Tom Cotton, from the State of Arkansas, called the Senate to order at 2:30 p.m., the Pastor Louie Giglio, of Passion City Church, Atlanta, Georgia offered a prayer, and Mr. Cotton led the Senate in reciting the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America.
