Mr. John Boozman, from the State of Arkansas, called the Senate to order at 10 a.m., the Pastor Robert Lewis, founder of Better Man, from Little Rock, Arkansas offered a prayer, and Mr. Boozman led the Senate in reciting the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America.
