S. 178 (Sen. Rubio): To condemn gross human rights violations of ethnic Turkic Muslims in Xinjiang, and calling for an end to arbitrary detention, torture, and harassment of these communities inside and outside China .
-- Second cloture on the motion to concur in the House amendment to S. 178 with an amendment (SA 2652) not invoked in Senate by Yea-Nay Vote. 51 - 44. Record Vote Number: 207

PN1663: Michael Jay Newman, of Ohio, to be United States District Judge for the Southern District of Ohio
-- Point of order made by Senator Schumer that it should not be in order to consider a nomination to the Supreme Court of the United States this close to a presidential election in Senate.
