-- Point of order made by Senator Schumer that the nomination of Amy Coney Barrett, of Indiana, to be an Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States should not be placed on the Executive Calendar because it was reported in violation of the Rules of the Senate Judiciary Committee in Senate.
