Ms. Jacky Rosen, from the State of Nevada, called the Senate to order at 10 a.m., the Rabbi Menachem Greenberg, Director, Mat-Su Jewish Center- Chabad Lubavitch, in Palmer, Alaska, offered a prayer, and Ms. Rosen led the Senate in reciting the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America.
