Object Description
Senator J. William Fulbright of Arkansas received this Presidential Medal of Freedom from President William J. Clinton on May 5, 1993. The award includes a large Presidential Medal of Freedom pendant suspended from a blue-and-white ribbon, a miniature Presidential Medal of Freedom pendant, a service ribbon, a lapel ribbon, and a wooden presentation box.
